The Love Between Siblings (for now)

Over Spring Break Braxton took a trip to Branson with his Mom and brothers. He left on Tuesday and returned on Friday. He had a great time (dispite being exhausted) and brought home several neat souvenirs. While he was away Madilyn became very aware that he was not there! She whimpered every time she passed his pictures on the wall and seemed to say "bubba" more than usual. On Friday, Madilyn and I went with Amy and the boys to Norman for the day and to pick up Braxton. I wish everyone would've been there to see how excited they were to see each other. Madilyn about jumped out of her highchair to get to him. They hugged and hugged. She would not let him put her down. It was wonderful. She's been quite the bubba's girl ever since! As you can imagine he is not complaining! To top if off, this morning when Braxton met her in the kitchen for breakfast she said very clearly "HI, BUB"!!!!

Bedtime Routine...

Madilyn loves to read to her Bubba. Here they are enjoying nursery rhymes. You better look fast because what she really enjoys is turning the pages. As you can see, Brax is pretty amused!

Visit to Sulphur

A couple weeks ago we spent Sunday afternoon in Sulphur (my favorite thing to do)! We all met at my sisters house and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Some of you may need clarification on all these kidos:

Josslyn & Avery are Ashley and Dustin's sweet girls
Zach & Garrett are Amy and Timmy's boys (note: I didn't say sweet...haha)

This is Avery putting lotion on Madilyn's face. Madilyn wasn't sure, but Avery's sweet little voice made it seem ok...

The big boys enjoed riding their scooters. They go so fast when racing down the hill it scares us to death. No injuries yet...

Zach - absolutely the funniest kid we know!

This is our newest baby girl, Josslyn. Isn't she sweet? She has the fattest face of any baby I've ever seen. It makes me want to have another one...don't tell Aaron!

Do you like Aaron's boots? My Dad gave them to him and I guess he thought he needed to break them in immediately while washing Timmy's truck! What a hoot...

The boys played in the water and thought it was summer time. My sister has a picture of them "sunning" on the trampoline with beach chairs and snacks. Pictures coming soon...priceless!

Warm Weather Snacks

Warm weather snacks...don't you just love ice cream? I am more of a winter ice cream eater. As you can see, our children love it regarless! They take after their Dad!!!


This little girl took over my ice cream cone...it was intended to be shared! She ate the entire thing! Oink, Oink! :)

Braxton's favorite - lime sherbert! He is a very "clean" eater when it comes to snacks. He doesn't want to waste one bite!
